  • How far in advance do I have to order my wedding dress?
    We recommend at least 7 months in advance to take care of any minor details in time and have the dress of your dreams. If your wedding is in less than 7 months, we have rush orders with an extra cost.
  • Do you sell anywhere other than Monterrey?
    Yes, we have different retailers that you can find by clicking click here. We have retailers in Mexico, USA, England & Canada.
  • If I don't live in Monterrey, can I place an order for a veil?
    Yes, we have shipments of our accessories. You can place your order through our email or send us a direct message via Instagram. We have a delivery time of 3 to 4 weeks.
  • I want a custom dress, what do I have to do?
    The dresses are made hand in hand with our designer Adriana Madrid, for this you need to make an appointment at our showroom in Monterrey, Nuevo León. The minimum time to work on a custom design is 1 year before your wedding date. For more information send us an email to info@adrianamadrid.com
  • I will not be able to attend my appointment, can the date be changed?
    Of course, we can without problem reschedule your appointment to another date or even time (if we have available times). Please notify one day in advance.
